Chapter 02. The cut

Cut clean, every week.

A fixed day on the route and professionals who already know the property, so nobody is hunting for your gate latch, guessing at your sprinkler heads or letting the dog out.

Chapter 03. The edge

The part people notice.

Plantings and privacy screens, beds edged into the soil, mulch at the right depth and never piled against the trunk. You get the plan in writing with a finish date on it.

Chapter 04. The clear

Then we clear
it out.

Spring and fall resets, leaf removal by vacuum, beds cut back, fence lines and the corners everybody forgets. It all leaves on our truck the same day instead of sitting at the curb waiting on the township.

Chapter 05. The turn

Then the year turns.

You go on the snow route before the season starts, with a trigger depth agreed in writing. Nobody is deciding at four in the morning who gets help first. That list was made in October.

Chapter 06. The finish

You just get
to enjoy it.

Nothing on the list. Nothing in the driveway. Nobody to chase. That is the whole reason people hire one company for the year instead of four.

Questions

Straight answers.

What do you take care of?

Landscaping and design, plantings, privacy screens and mulch, weekly lawn mowing, spring and fall clean ups, leaf removal, core aeration and over-seeding, and snow and ice service through the winter.

Do you mow on the same day every week?

Yes. Your property gets a fixed slot on a route, so it is cut on the same day each week through the season. Cutting height moves with the weather, higher through the heat and lower in spring and fall.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and work within roughly a 30-mile radius, which covers most of Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties and parts of Philadelphia. That includes Wayne, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, Norristown, Conshohocken, Plymouth Meeting, Blue Bell, Phoenixville, Collegeville, Malvern, Paoli, Berwyn, Devon, Newtown Square, Media, Havertown and West Chester.

How do I find out what my job will cost?

We come out and look at it. Call or text 610-800-2289, or send the form on this page, and we will set up a time to walk the property with you and give you a number in person. Estimates are free and there is no obligation. You are welcome to text a photo first if you want a rough idea sooner, but nothing about it is required.

Do I get anything in writing before the work starts?

Yes. Landscaping and planting work comes with a written plan, a plant list and a finish date before anyone digs, and snow accounts get a trigger depth agreed in writing before the season starts.

Do you work with commercial properties as well as homes?

Yes. We handle both, and often on the same contract. Offices, HOAs and property managers who would rather have the grounds, the seasonal clean ups and the snow on one contract than three separate vendors.

When is the best time to plant around here?

Fall. Warm soil, cool air, and a whole winter of root growth before the plant has to face a Pennsylvania summer. Spring planting works, it just asks more of you with the watering can.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text 610-800-2289, email Riversidelawn610@gmail.com, or send the form on this page. We will get back to you to set up a free on site estimate.
